§ A193-47. Traffic Order No. 2 of the Year 2012.

Pursuant to the authority delegated by § 178-3 of the Code of the City of Batavia, the Chief of Police of the City of Batavia hereby promulgates the following traffic order:

PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON ROSS STREET

Eliminate: On the east side: No parking between Main Street and East Avenue.

Add: On the east side: No parking between East Main Street and East Avenue with exception of the parking cut-out across the frontage of 50 Ross Street (Middle School).

Eliminate: On the west side: No parking between Washington Avenue and North Street.

Add: On the west side: No parking between Hull Park and North Street.

Add: On the west side: No stopping any time between Washington Avenue and Hull Park.

Eliminate: On the west side: Two-hour parking from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. except Sundays and holidays between Washington Avenue and East Main Street.

Add: On the west side: Two-hour parking from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. except Sundays and holidays between East Main Street and a point 623 feet north of the north curbline of East Main Street.

Add: On the west side: No stopping from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on school days between a point 623 feet north of the north curbline of East Main Street to Washington Avenue.

PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON WASHINGTON AVENUE

Add: On the south side: No stopping from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on school days between Ross Street and a point 120 feet west of Ross Street.

This traffic order shall become effective immediately upon the proper posting of appropriate signs.
