  § A193-41. Traffic Order No. 2 of the Year 2009.

  • Pursuant to the authority delegated by § 178-3 of the Code of the City of Batavia, the Chief of Police of the City of Batavia hereby promulgates the following Traffic Order:
    PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON OAK STREET
    Parking and restrictions, both sides of Oak Street:
    No parking from West Main Street to a point north along the center line of Oak Street 535 feet.
    No parking from the northern curbline of LaCross Avenue to a point north along the center line of Oak Street 140 feet north of the north curbline of Pickthorn Drive.
    No parking from the northern curbline of Noonan Drive to the City boundary along the center line of Oak Street.
    Parking restrictions on the west side of Oak Street:
    No parking from the southern curbline of Noonan Drive to a point south along the center line of Oak Street 180 feet.
    This traffic order shall become effective immediately upon the placement of appropriate designated pavement markings and posting of appropriate signs.
