§ A193-39. Traffic Order No. 4 of the Year 2008.

Pursuant to the authority delegated by § 178-3 of the Code of the City of Batavia, the Chief of Police of the City of Batavia hereby promulgates the following Traffic Order:

PARKING RESTRICTIONS BATAVIA POLICE PARKING LOT LOCATED AT THE REAR OF 10 WEST MAIN STREET, BATAVIA NY
1.	Motorcycle parking only. Located at the north boundary of the parking lot beginning 194 feet east of the Porter Avenue entrance and ending 212 feet east of the Porter Avenue entrance.
This traffic order shall become effective immediately upon the proper posting of appropriate signs.
