§ A193-27. Traffic Order No. 5 of the Year 2004.

Pursuant to the authority delegated by § 178-3 of the Code of the City of Batavia, the Chief of Police of the City of Batavia hereby promulgates the following Traffic Order:
ONE-HOUR PARKING SPACES IN PORTIONS OF THE GENESEE COUNTRY MALL EAST SIDE PARKING LOT.
1.	A one-hour parking limit is established for the following designated parking spaces located in the southeast section of the mall parking lot.
	A.	The first parking row, located adjacent to Bank Street, the first five (5) spaces from the rear of the Bank of America (100 Main Street) north.
	B.	The second and third parking rows the first four (4) spaces from the south end northward.
	C.	Additional spaces as marked by signs beginning directly behind the Bank of America traversing west to the Bank of Castile.
2.	No person shall park or stand a motor vehicle in any of the regulated parking spaces for longer than sixty (60) continuous minutes.
This traffic order shall become effective upon the proper posting of appropriate signs.
