§ A193-17. Traffic Order No. 1 of the Year 1997.

Pursuant to the authority delegated by Chapter 178 of the Batavia Municipal Code, the Chief of Police of the City of Batavia hereby promulgates the following Traffic Order:
TWO-HOUR PARKING LIMIT ON VERNON AVENUE
	1.	In order to facilitate traffic flow in the vicinity of the intersection of Vernon Avenue and Richmond Avenue, the following "2 Hour Parking Limit" zone is created:
	2.	A two-hour parking limit zone is created on both sides of Vernon Avenue from the existing "no stopping or standing zone," which extends south from Richmond Avenue for a distance of approximately one hundred feet, south for a distance of approximately one hundred (100) feet.
	3.	No person shall park or stand any motor vehicle in the regulated area for longer than two (2) hours.
This Traffic Order shall become effective upon the posting of appropriate signs.
