§ A193-12. Traffic Order No. 2 of the Year 1988

Latest version.

Pursuant to the authority delegated by § 178-3 and other provisions of Chapter 178 entitled "Vehicles and Traffic" of the City of Batavia Municipal Code, the Chief of Police of the City of Batavia hereby promulgates and enacts the following order:
	Stop Sign: Wallace Street at Lions Park
	At the southern most end of Wallace Street for traffic exiting the park traveling north on Wallace.
This order shall become effective immediately and upon posting of appropriate signs as provided in Section 1682 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
